Our menus

Our caterer can provide a full range of delicious menus to suit any occasion or budget. Self-Catering is also permitted if necessary and if required a theme menu is available on request.

Alternatively, sample menus are attached which can be added to or changed as required. Tne boat can be decorated to suit your party theme and entertaiment can be organised to suit your budget.

We have a fully licensed bar. Our current prices are soft drinks $2.00 can, Beer $5.00 can, basic spirits $6.00/nip, House red & white wine $3.00/glass, bottled wine $6/glassand vodka cruisers,RTDS  $6/bottle, B.Y.O is not permitted under our license regulations.

Please note these menus are samples only, we also offer a range of finger food and can accommodate any menu suggestions.

The Cabin Boy's Menu

Cold buffet - $28 per head
Choice of four

Main Parmesan crusted Chicken breast pieces with a mango cream dressing.
Whole poached Tasmanian salmon with an avocado & garlic sauce
Baked ham or loin of pork with a honey and mustard glaze
Baked fillet of beef

Extras sliced French bread, disposable plates, cutler & napkins, butter and condiments
Sweets Your choice of three of the following sweets: Creamy cheesecake, pecan pie, fresh fruit salad, carrot cake, old-fashioned chocolate cake, German black forest cake, Pavlova, apple Crumble pie
   
If you are sweet enough and do not need dessert take $3.00 off the price

Meat deliciously spit roasted prime beef, succulent pork, tender lamb served with gravy and full range of condiments.
Salads chunky potato, garden salad, coleslaw, mushroom salad, Waldorf salad, creamy pasta, curry pasta, beetroot, tropical rice, curry rice
Veggies carrot coconut or substitute. hot jacket potatoes, hot peas or hot pumpkin
Sweets Your choice of three of the following sweets: Creamy cheesecake, pecan pie, fresh fruit salad, carrot cake, old-fashioned chocolate cake, German black forest cake, Pavlova, apple Crumble pie
